HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Lumen Haven Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
