HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
