HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Maple Press Partners is a printer and publisher in Salt Lake City serving local and national clients, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
