HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit Iron Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
