HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Lantern Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
