HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Pine Staffing is a Salt Lake City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
