HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Wilder Medical is a Sacramento company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
