HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Nest Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
