HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Sacramento, CA)

Rivermark Rook Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Sacramento plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 273 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
