HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Fern Farms Partners is an agricultural business based around Sacramento. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
