HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
