HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cross Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
