HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Summit Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
