HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Meadow Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
