HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

Ironwood Quill Facilities is a facilities company in Richmond with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
