HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Nest Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
