HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Summit Property Management manages apartment communities around Richmond. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
