HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meridian Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
