HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

Lumen Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Richmond. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 435 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
