HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Insurance Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
