HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Vale Financial is a financial-services company in Richmond. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
