HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Yarrow Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
