HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Ridge Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Richmond region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
