HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Nest Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Richmond plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 253 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
