HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

Bright Rowan Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Richmond. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
