HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Vale Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Richmond and nearby communities, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
