HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Glen Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
