HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Fernwood Quill Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
