HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Bluepeak Iron Auto Group is a Reno company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
