HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Corner Medical designs and makes medical devices in Reno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
