HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Northwind Willow Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
