HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Timber Early Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
