HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Northwind Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in Reno with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
