HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Yarrow Foods Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Reno. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
