HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Redstone Umber Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
