HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Reno working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
