HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Redstone Glen Foods Group is a Reno food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 281 people based in Reno. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
