HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Technologies and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 735 people based in Reno. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
