Silverline Clear Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
