HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Reno, NV)

Greenridge West Energy is an energy provider in Reno focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
