HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
