HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Rook Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
