HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
