HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Virginia Beach, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
