HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Union Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Des Moines, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
