HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Honolulu supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 753 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
