HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Rook Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Chicago, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
