HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright River Press Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
