HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Facilities looks after properties across the Anchorage region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
