HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Bridge Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
